Bo Katan Armor - Painted Kit

The Bo-Katan kit was our first step into professional prop creation and remains one of our most refined builds. Developed through extensive research, collaboration with experienced builders, and reference to screen-used assets, this kit delivers a high level of accuracy and realism.

Every painted kit is finished using custom-mixed automotive paints matched to on-screen references. Weathering is applied in layers to create a natural, battle-worn appearance. Flexible components are treated with a multi-stage process that helps prevent cracking while maintaining durability.

Each piece is built from high-quality materials, ensuring strength, comfort, and long-term wearability. Every kit is hand-finished, resulting in armor that feels as close to production-ready as possible.

Standard
A high-quality, fully finished kit designed for durability, comfort, and strong visual accuracy.

Elite
Upgraded materials and components cast from screen-used assets for enhanced realism.

Replica
Our highest level of accuracy, featuring expanded rubber components and premium materials for a true screen-matched look and feel.

Standard Kit Includes:

• Fully wearable machine rotocast resin helmet with visor and metal rangefinder

• Jetpack in machine rotocast resin

• ABS armor components including chest, ab, back, shoulders, hips, knees, and shins

Elite Kit Adds:

• Rubber knees, handguards and hips cast from screen-used assets

• Resin back plate cast from production lineage parts

• Screen-accurate gauntlets from production lineage parts

Replica Kit Adds:

• Includes everything from the Elite tier

• Rubber chest, ab, shoulders, and shins

Standard Soft Goods Package
Includes a custom-sized flight suit, boot gaiters, leather belt, holsters, armor strapping, attachments, and padding required for a complete ready-to-wear costume. Leather belts and holsters are provided by Delta Leatherworks.  Flight suits and boot gaitors are provided by Excellent Leathershop.

Premier Soft Goods Package
Includes flight suit and boot gaitors by Excellent Leathershop plus leather belt and holsters built by British Pixie Creations, with the addition of a ribbed spandex neck seal and full metal hardware by JJ Industries.

Custom Sizing
Custom sizing is included with all Replica Tier kits.  Built to your measurements for the best fit and comfort.  We will send a link for you to fill out measurements.  Custom-sized parts are available for standard and elite tier but may incur an added cost.

Soft Goods Packages
Every package includes a flightsuit and leather boot gaitors by Excellent Leathershop.  We have partnered with British Pixie Creations, JJ Industries, and Delta Leatherworks for your choice of leather belt and upgrade options.  Upon purchase, we will reach out to you with a link for measurements. 

Jetpack Harness System
Includes jetpack rig and nylon adjustable strapping system for a comfortable fit. You can purchase the jetpack harness system here.
