Bo Katan Rubber shins are cast from a two part compression mold to preserve detail on the front and interior of the shin. We use the same rubber material used in production. We use custom-mixed auto paint to match screen-used assets. Shins are painted to all major club level standards or above. 

Rubber is flexible, which allows the shin to keep its shape while also forming to the boot gaitor. Each shins weighs about 6 ounces.
